Went through all the 'fixes' from windows partition manager, diskpart, and a few partition tools and NOTHING would work. Windows would 'ding' like I put the USB in but wouldn't show. It downloaded fine but come time to create the USB 11 crashed. Figured I'd give official Media Creation Tool for 11. Using minipc that for some reason doesn't have secure boot disable option in bios (Plus honestly still wary of it because tried to put in legacy mode and that completely disabled the HDMI output and this company has zero to no customer service) so can't use rufus to burn the iso and install. Decided to do fresh install because coming up with random issues with upgrade. USB drive wouldn't show in Win 11 itself but rufus detected it and burnt fine. Use windows partition manager to del part, create part, and format then use Rufus to burn an ISO. TLDR MediaCreationToolW11.exe repeatedly crashed leaving USB undetectable. Looked all day trying to figure this out.
